Staff kaiser,i will miss u from sure. The fun, the joy and the togetherness we had for this whole year, you had done more than wat a staff sgt should do, under your training i do not feel any stress and i am able to talk to u freely, we had lots of joke(some because of your powderful singlish) . You study together with us although we do not have much result but i really had lots of fun, during the NOMAD i had a chance to know u even better, i found out that you had a great sense of humor and you can blend in with us very well( maybe because of your height)... You made me want to come for the training not because i have to come but because i want to come. I not only take you as a staff or senior i also take you as a role model, i want to be a great staff like you. I felt very touch by what you did, and i will remember what you told us yesterday. And also i want to thank you for doing the book.
USM, i will also miss you ,i will not forget the first time i met you, and the first thing you did was to show us how fierce you can be, but after some time i get to know a better side of you. You do not mind teaching us again and again, you may be fierce but you get angry because of some reason and not just because you are in bad mood. During the Free style Drills training, i saw u doing your job seriously and you lead us to glory. We won 3rd in position and i want to thank you.
I hope that staff kaiser and USM will come back as CLT. Staff i want to tell you that you will not be a pressure to us but a motivation to us you can also be a guide line for us. If you come back we still can work together and with your such great sense of humor you can bring lots of joy and fun to NCC. SO pls staff come back to Be a CLT...
